Memories & Connections

A co-worker of mine back in 2021 leant me their copy of this book. I enjoyed the book so much I found a used copy to add to my own personal library. This book connected a lot of dots for me and helped me to understand the true forces behind politics and how power exerts influence.

This book helped me to shake the childish understanding of politics that we are all taught. This idea that we elect representatives and they benevolently represent our best interests and stand up to corruption.

No, real power is controlled by wealthy families that steer society through think tanks and international NGOs. They have enough wealth to buy and sell politicians and if a politician gets out of line they primary them. A recent case in point would be Thomas Massie a representative out of Kentucky. They plan generationally, with centuries long plans and yes, they are concerned with their blood line.
