About This Copy

This is the 1993 Folio Society edition, published in London and bound in green cloth printed with a design by David Eccles. It was set in Imprint by Selwood Systems, printed at The Bath Press on Coronet Wove paper, and bound at The Bath Press.

First published by T. Fisher Unwin in 1901, The Wouldbegoods continues the adventures of the Bastable children as they form the Society of the Wouldbegoods and attempt to improve their behavior—with characteristically complicated results. This Folio Society edition pairs the story with C. Walter Hodges’s line illustrations.

Part of a CollectionThe Adventures of the Treasure Seekers
